About this event
Location Link: Magnolia Branch Registration Required: Registration is required. Detailed Description: Many people worry about losing their independence and quality of life if diagnosed with dementia, such as Alzheimer’s. Because of these concerns, more patients are taking agency over their lives by building end-of-life plans that outline the care they do—or do not—want before losing full cognitive capacity.
In this workshop, the team from Known Wishes will guide participants through the end-of-life options available to dementia patients. You’ll learn practical strategies to sustain quality of life, clarify personal wishes, and ensure that loved ones are supported with compassion and confidence. Thank you to our partner Known Wishes .
