Detailed Description: Catholic Community Services will be onsite to register interested and eligible individuals for either an ORCA Lift Card or free year long pass. Event Logistics: Please bring: Photo ID Your ProviderOne number OR DSHS Client ID number Most recent copy of your DSHS award letter (Your TANF award letter or HEN award letter will work.)

All Library programs are free and open to the public. Individuals receiving HEN, ABD, SSI, TANF, RCA, or PWA can receive a subsidized year-long pass. Individuals who are on Medicaid, or receiving WIC or Basic Food (EBT) are eligible for a reduced-fare ORCA LIFT transit pass.
